Factory-sealed product may be returned within 14-days for a full refund. Opened product may be returned within 14-days for store credit on a gift card with a 10% restocking fee or for a refund with a 25% restocking fee. Defective product may be returned within 14-days for exchange of the same item or for full store credit on a gift card. Proof of purchase must be provided for all returns. MacMechanic cannot accept returns or exchanges on configure-to-order machines, opened software, or opened headphones, or RAM under any circumstances unless determined dead on arrival by MacMechanic.
